To our valued customers ~ a number of paper mills have closed and those operating are near full production capacity. As a result, our cost has increased by 8% and, as stipulated in the contract, we are ONLY passing along this increase effective October 1, 2018. Please know that as a non-profit we are doing all we can to provide you the best product, price, and service possible.
